Ordering On WOD Addiction-

-What forms of payment do we accept?

WOD Addiction accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.

-What is PayPal?

PayPal is a fast and secure online payment method that lets you pay with one single login in thousands of websites. You can choose to use PayPal at WOD Addiction for a convenient method to complete your order. Simply follow the easy steps during checkout. You can set up your PayPal using your debit and/or credit card(s).

-Will I pay more for using Paypal?

Absolutely not! PayPal is a completely free service and you will only be charged your WOD Addiction order total.

-Are my payment transactions secure?

YES! You will find our Authorize.net verified merchant logo on the website and checkout screen.

 

Pricing & Billing-

-Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our office.

-When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

-When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

 

Returns/Exchanges-

-What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept Returns and/or Exchanges within 10 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges cannot be worn or washed.

Please include your original packing slip, indicating your return or exchange. In the event that we are unable to exchange your item promptly, we will contact you.

-Do I have to pay to ship items back to you?

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We do not offer return-shipping labels, however, for an exchange we will pay for the shipping costs to send you the new apparel

-We have done our best to post a size guide on each product for you. We have also posted a size chart for some of our products under the FAQs button.

 

Shipping Methods & Times-

-How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout. Shipping costs are flat rates and are based on how fast you want your order.

-How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

WOD Addiction does not ship orders the same day they are placed. All expedited orders will be processed for shipment on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing all other orders.
